Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Wellford, South Carolina. This role is integral to our operations within the manufacturing industry, where you'll be tasked with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and office management.Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service Performing data entry tasks with precision and efficiency Managing email correspondence with clients and colleagues Coordinating inbound and outbound calls and scheduling appointments Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks Overseeing front desk duties such as welcoming clients and answering the door bell Ordering and maintaining office supplies Assisting in the preparation for trade shows and dispatching catalogs Serving as a point of contact for executives and managing their schedules Undertaking any other tasks as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls in a professional setting. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service. Ability to manage and schedule appointments efficiently. Capability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence. Previous experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred. Ability to multi-task and handle administrative tasks as required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative assistant experience is a plus.
