Description We are in the search for a Benefits Account Administrator to join our client's growing team in West Columbia, South Carolina. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying their needs, providing solutions that align with their business objectives, and ensuring client satisfaction. Here are the key responsibilities for this position:Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and provide appropriate solutions. Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business. Develop and implement strategies to expand product or service usage within accounts. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively. Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and processes. Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions and share insights with clients. Maintain accurate records of account activities, communications, and sales. Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver solutions that meet client needs.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services/ Banking/Insurance industry. Proven track record of providing exceptional Customer Service. Demonstrable ability to resolve Customer Service issues effectively and efficiently. Superior Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using various office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
