We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Universal Banker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to join our team in the Garden Route, specifically in Mossel Bay, Hermanus, George, Knysna, and Oudtshoorn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing targeted sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves managing the banking needs of Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking clients, addressing everything from product inquiries to client account activities (e.g., account openings, providing statements, processing debit order requests, etc.). The successful candidate will be skilled at understanding and accurately assessing client demands, ensuring a one-and-done approach that consistently meets client needs within both product and legislative frameworks (e.g., FAIS).
