You’ll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.The successful candidate will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Wollongong, North Wollongong, South Wollongong & surrounding areas.We will provide you with a bucket load of structured supervision, mentoring and CPD opportunities. Whether you are keen on coming out and spending time as a team, or your family life and home is your priority – there is a place for everyone!Responsibilities will include:Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic servicesAssess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goalsMentor and nurture early career cliniciansMaintain awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceWhat's in it for you?As you support many, we support you.
