SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The machine operator must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and basic electrical diagrams.
The machine operator must understand math, and the metric system.
The machine operator should have basic electric knowledge and must have computer skills.
The machine operator must be able to do mechanical work, as required for: changing the molds in the machines, dismantle and assemble molds, repair and maintenance work on injection molding machines and support equipment.
The machine operator must be quality conscious as required by International, Inc. ISO 9001:2015 quality manual.
Durotech International, Inc; has high standards for the products manufactured, customer relation and also for the employees.
All procedures must be in accordance with ISO Specifications. (See attached).
The machine operator must be able to work in a team environment and to perform tasks not directly related to operating of production equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
A High School Diploma or equivalency.
EXPERIENCE
Required: One years on the job work related experience.
Preferred: Two years of production and /or operator experience.
Durotech International, Inc; expects the machine operator to be able to operate and set-up independently all production equipment within 90 days of hire.
