With opportunities available now and additional shifts across upcoming school holidays and summer, this is your chance to be part of a team that's at the heart of our guests' holiday experience.Casual opportunities available immediatelyWork in a stunning waterfront resort location in beautiful YambaExtra shifts available throughout school holidays and the busy summer seasonApply now to join our talent pool and we’ll be in touch! What you will do:Deliver friendly, welcoming service to guests and visitorsTake food and beverage orders and process payments using POS systemsPrepare and serve quality coffeeServe beer, wine, spirits and cocktails responsibly (RSA required)Promote menu items, specials and enhance the guest experienceMaintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar spaces and service stationsRestock beverages, supplies and equipment throughout serviceAssist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaningFollow food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety proceduresSupport your teammates during busy service periods to keep service flowing smoothly What you will bring:We're especially keen to hear from you if you have:Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, bistro or similar hospitality environmentBarista experience and confidence preparing quality coffeeBar experience serving beer, wine, spirits and cocktailsA current RSA CertificateA positive, energetic and professional attitudeThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with POS systems and cash handlingExcellent teamwork skills and a willingness to jump in wherever neededFlexibility to work a rotating roster between approximately 6:30am and 8:00pm, including weekends, public holidays and peak holiday periodsWhat’s in it for you? At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
