To be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Branch, Private and Business Client scheduling and be accountable for the execution of provincial workforce tactical and operational plans. The role oversees end-to-end workforce management (forecasting, scheduling, monitoring and reporting) to ensure service level agreements are achieved, staffing contracts are adhered to, and future resourcing needs are met through accurate data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:Lead provincial workforce planning and scheduling to ensure branches and Points of Representation (PORs) are adequately resourced during peak and off-peak periods.Monitor performance, overtime and capacity trends, providing analysis and recommendations to provincial leadership and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with labour laws, staffing contracts and regulatory requirements while managing workforce budgets and vendor hours.Build and lead a high-performing workforce team, fostering continuous improvement, coaching and stakeholder collaboration.
