Unique management opportunity available-a gem for the right person!!
Takes full responsibility for managing front of house staff and customer experiences in the absence of the front of house manager.
This management position is part-time hours (approx 20-24 hours/wk, 3 days/wk). Full-time hours may be possible through a combination of management and serving, but preference will be given to applicants looking to remain solely in the management role-or take on minimal serving.
2+ years fine dining or fine-casual restaurant experience highly preferred (serving, management, cooking, or combination).
Must be positive, outgoing, organized and team-oriented. Looking for a quick thinking problem solver who enjoys making others smile!
Hours/days will be mostly set, but there is a need for some flexibility. Shift types will include days, nights, weekends, and some holidays (we are closed for most major holidays).
