We are seeking a full time Finance Operations Manager to join our dedicated Finance team. This role is primarily responsible for payroll operations, while also providing flexible, cross-functional support across broader finance activities as required to support operational needs.What you'll be doing: End-to-end payroll processing using Ready Workforce, including timesheets, rosters, variations, and employee changesPrepare payroll reports, journals, reconciliations, and audit documentationEnsure compliance with Awards, Fair Work requirements, and payroll tax obligationsMaintain accurate payroll and employee records and respond to payroll queries in a timely mannerSupport payroll audits, year-end processing, payroll tax submissions, and continuous improvement initiativesAttend payroll review meetings providing insights and reportingAssist with credit card reconciliations and cashiering dutiesProvide cross-functional support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as requiredAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesSupport finance controls, compliance, and operational processes
