You will apply your development craft to deliver complex, high-quality projects, ensuring best practices are upheld and acting as a technical mentor to the team.Skills & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain robust and scalable solutions using Optimizely CMS.Connect Optimizely with third-party systems and APIs.Work with stakeholders, designers and front-end developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and mentor junior developers.Stay current with the latest Optimizely updates and technology trends.Take a proactive, solution-focused approach to projects, questioning assumptions and identifying opportunities for innovation.Build strong, trust-based client relationships, delivering with empathy, transparency, and care.Work within a modern Agile delivery environment.
