We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:As aBusiness Analyst-Compensation, you willassist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. The incumbent will work as part of the compensation team to assess the market, measure pay spend, and provide data to senior leaders that supports decision making.Responsibilities:· Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation strategy and administration for the organization.· Provide direct support to Lifepoint stakeholders.· Conduct compensation analyses including market pricing, job leveling, gap analysis, financial estimates, incentive calculations, scorecards, and exception reporting.· Participate in the design and implementation of compensation structures, premium pay policies, and assessments.· Educate and partner with human resources colleagues (business partners, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, HRIS) on compensation programs.· Prepare and present relevant information to operations and support center leaders.· Contribute to the annual compensation planning process.· Maintain regular and reliable attendance.· Perform other duties as assigned.What you’ll need:Education: · Bachelor’s degreeExperience:
· 2-4 years rewards experience
Knowledge of and proficiency in computer skills and applications such as; Microsoft Office Word, Access and PowerPoint.
Advanced proficiency in Excel including ability to manipulate and perform calculations on large volumes of data, and use advanced functions, such as, power query, pivots, if/and, vlookup, graphs & tables, etc.
Requires a working knowledge of information systems, especially hardware/software applications, and their application to human resources systems.
Oracle experience preferred
