We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you’ll do:As a Consulting Network Engineer, you are responsible for interfacing directly with end-users, technology teams and vendors to assess, recommend, design, and implement network solutions and new technologies. Manages the development and maintenance of network design standards. Evaluates and recommends new

technologies as they relate to the businesses network strategy. Provides technical leadership and guidance to less experienced team members. Continually enhances departmental knowledge and skills.Responsibilities:Works with management to develop, communicate, implement, and maintain network

design policies, standards, procedures.

 Leads network planning, design, and engineering efforts.

 Collaborates with interdepartmental teams to gain input and consensus, developing network solutions and roadmaps that align with the overall IT infrastructure roadmap and

business needs.

 Presents solutions in the appropriate format for the audience including high level diagrams

for IT leadership, low level diagrams for engineering teams, and cost analysis for financial

teams.

 Leads virtual whiteboard discussions describing current state and solution options for

given use cases.

 Designs, pilots, implements, and supports network solutions with support of IT teams.

 Actively builds and maintains relationships with user community, remote IT staff,

infrastructure teams, and vendors in order to understand business needs and

requirements related to the design of new networking technologies.Supports department staff in the analysis, solution, and documentation of network issues

and problems. Analyzes and resolves errors escalated by less experienced team

members.

 Coaches, mentors, and provides feedback to less experienced team members regarding

departmental procedures, policies, and standards that pertain to the Network Engineering

department.

 Continually enhances knowledge of Network Engineering and company standards in order

to achieve departmental success and professional growth.What you’ll need:Education:

 Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent

technical experience.

Licenses/Certification:

 CCNP, CCIE, Network or other intermediate to advanced level industry recognized certifications.

 Azure and/or GCP certifications preferred

Experience:

 Minimum of 10 years experience as a Network Engineer in a large-scale internetwork environment with proven complex network design experience. Additional
