We believe in the power of our talented teams and strive to create environments where employees find purpose and fulfillment.What you'll do:The Change Network & Site Readiness Director reports to the VP of Organizational Change Management and acts as the main liaison for the change agent network. Their role involves facilitating communication between change agents, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth change management process. They collaborate with change agents and site leaders to identify site-specific activities for adopting new technology and work methods, while also establishing systems to track site readiness progress, change agent activities, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, they conduct site readiness assessments to evaluate individual sites/business units' readiness for implementation and identify risks and barriers, working with the Change Management Team to develop mitigation strategies.Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the VP of Organizational Change Management, Communication Lead and Training Consultant to align on the change management strategy and change network activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across sites and change agents to promote a collaborative environment and leverage collective experiences.

Coordinate and facilitate communication among change agents, project team members, and stakeholders.

Conduct site readiness assessments and stakeholder interviews to evaluate the preparedness of individual sites/business units for the technology and work process changes.

Utilize findings and gaps to develop mitigation strategies in conjunction with the Change Management Team.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make recommendations for improvements.

Develop and deliver training for change agents so they have the necessary knowledge and skills.

Provide ongoing guidance and support to the change agents so they are effective in driving change across the organization.

Master's degree preferred.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Change Management, ERP system implementation, and/or large-scale transformational project. Experience in a healthcare preferred.TRAVEL:Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
