We are seeking Heavy Construction / Piling Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in Deep Foundations , Sheet Piling and Shoring . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment for an established General Contractor
Responsibilities
Ensure all pile installation processes meet the project specifications and quality standards
Develop work schedules and plans for piling driving activities to ensure timely completion of projects
Coordinate and manage the maintenance and usage of piling equipment and materials involved
Monitor and control project expenses related to piling activities
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure piles are installed correctly
Have effective communication with Engineers, Project Manager, and other stakeholders
Lead and supervise a team of workers
Provide guidance, training and support to the team
Identify and resolve challenges or issues that may arise during piling operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Piling Foreman or in a relevant role
Strong understanding of pile driving techniques, equipment, and materials
Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications
Be able to lead and motivate a team effectively
Maintain high safety standards and promote a culture of safety to the team
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans
Resolve conflicts and miscommunications quickly and amicably
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
