We are a high end commercial wood shop in need of an experienced installer. Experience installing cabinets would be good and experience running stain grade trim would be exceptional. Experience driving a trailer is also a plus, but not a requirement.
Our installers work mostly in the field, sometimes in the shop, and sometimes out of town (mainly Nashville). For out of town work, we provide an AirBNB apartment/house and pay daily per diem. We never work out of town for more than a week at a time.
This position has a lot of room for growth, in pay and responsibility. The pay is given as a range depending on your experience level. We will evaluate you for pay after 60 days with the company.
Benefits include 8 paid holidays, one week paid vacation once you're with us for at least 6 months, and a $250 per month healthcare reimbursement benefit.
This is a W-2 position, full time, 8-4:30 Monday through Friday.
We build and install really cool stuff, primarily for bars and restaurants in the Chattanooga area.
