Description We are offering an opportunity for an Operations Business Partner to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be a key player in financial operations, working closely with various facilities and reporting to the Regional Manager of FP& A. Responsibilities: Engage in financial analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support operational decisions. Serve as the operational finance partner for multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy. Develop and manage cost rates, focusing on labor and overhead costs. Perform analytics on financial data, auditing for missing journal entries and ensuring data integrity. Conduct financial forecasting, helping the company anticipate financial trends and make informed decisions. Prepare and present financial reports to upper management, providing clear and concise financial insights. Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other software such as SAP, SyteLine, and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the execution of accounting functions. Play a key role in the budget process, contributing to the development and management of the company's budget. Utilize skills in Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Cost Accounting to support financial operations and decision making.For immediate consideration please contact Lisa Coker at 865-370-2084 to set up an interviewRequirements Possession of a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Familiarity with 'About Time' software Demonstrable knowledge of accounting functions Experience in budget processes Excellent communication skills Adherence to compliance standards Understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, and standard cost accounting Proficiency in using Bill of Materials (BOM) Ability to perform complex financial analysis Strong financial analysis skills Experience in labor allocation Proficiency in SyteLine software Familiarity with SAP software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
