The purpose of this job is to provide product and services sourcing as well as store support encompassing response and resolution to store needs and problems.In this role you will:Review form and standard contracts and understand terms and conditions.Perform routine data analysis on vendor performance and metrics.Look for improvement opportunities within departmental processes and workstreams.Identify issues and engage management and key stakeholders to review.Drive day-to-day product and services administration and store support including sourcing, testing, and selecting new products, programs, and services; respond to store needs and solve store problems.Compile and send out bid packages to potential vendors, analyze returned packages, review and accurately summarize contract terms and analyze and edit contracts.Organize, review, and analyze company data to identify trends, create meaningful reporting, and develop action items.Recommend and collaborate in vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation process; establish and maintain contractual and business relationships. Collect pricing data and support in analyses.Look for improvement opportunities within departmental processes and workstreams.SME on store support, driving results and solutions autonomously.
