As a Senior Application Analyst, you will work with both technical and business teams to enable highly available system that meet the business objectives, including supporting key business and IT initiatives.You will play a key role in application administration and maintenance, troubleshooting application-level issues and servicing requests from business teams. You will also be asked to triage, research and remediate production issues, coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders during application upgrades.Deep functional understanding of fuel business domain, PDI Enterprise application modules (Accounts Payable / Receivable, General Ledger, Fuel Inventory, Order DeskProvide advanced-level support for PDI Enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues, by working with business users, IT partners and vendors when necessary and ensure resolution metrics is maintainedAdhere to Incident, Change and Problem Management to ensure application remains SOX compliantSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing efforts, documenting test cases and results during application upgrade cycles and integration projectsMonitor application interfaces and remediate batch failures. Troubleshoot and eliminate causes of data inaccuracy and broken process flow along with detailed documentation on solution providedInterpret PDI data model, develop SSRS reports, and perform data analysis for end users and audits as per requirementPrepare and maintain detailed artifacts on application interfaces. Create/maintain import profiles, saved settings, background processing batchesModel behaviors that support the company’s common goal and purpose; ensure guests, business users and team members are supported at the highest levelComplete other duties as assigned by your manager
