The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, complex technology projects and driving successful delivery of prioritized commitments. This role ensures projects are executed on time, on budget, and with high quality, while fostering collaboration across technical, product, and business teams. The Senior Project Manager champions alignment with business partners, implements best practices, and contributes to continuous improvement of project delivery processes Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and portfolio objectivesDrive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technology, product management, and business stakeholdersDevelop and communicate project plans, roadmaps, resource allocations, and budgets Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issuesExecute intake processes for strategic work requests Lead recurring alignment meetings for progress and resource allocationEstablish and track KPIs and value objectivesPromote and implement agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure compliance with third-party contract processes and company policiesCoach, motivate, and develop team members and stakeholdersContribute to process improvement and scaling of best practices Complete other duties as assigned
