Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Commercial Technology Solutions Manager to join our team.  This individual serves as the key liaison between the Commercial Sales team and IT, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of Ingram’s electronic ordering systems, including POS (Point-of-Sale) and CDF (Consumer Direct Fulfillment) platforms.  They manage technical vendor relationships and support both internal stakeholders and external partners.  This person drives efficiency and ensures superior user experience across digital sales and data distribution channels through a combination of project management, business analysis, and issue resolution.  In addition, they provide first-line support for system issues and facilitate cross-functional communication.  Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms. With an expansive global network of offices and facilities, Ingram’s services include digital and physical book distribution, print-on-demand, and digital learning. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience6 years’ client management experience4 years’ financial or operations analysis experience Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Point-of-Sale providersExperience liaising between IT and Business teams Key Responsibilities:Serves as the primary liaison between Commercial Sales stakeholders and IT, providing expertise on Ingram’s electronic ordering interfaces.Oversee the technical relationship between Ingram and its Point of Sale (POS) providers.Conduct root cause analyses for issues impacting Commercial Sales electronic ordering and POS providers.Lead and manage projects aimed at improving Ingram’s electronic ordering, CDF and POS partner capabilities.Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization by being responsive and accessible to business partner inquiries.Keep Commercial Sales stakeholders informed about known issues affecting outbound feeds and web services, and provide regular status updates. Hiring Salary Range: $72,895k - $92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
