Ingram Content Group (ICG) is searching for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team in La Vergne. The person in this role provides strategic business analysis to key stakeholders and customers, works closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, and the context in which the business operates. This Sr Business Analyst will bridge traditional library cataloging expertise with modern technology, ensuring that metadata quality, system design, automation, and user experience evolve in step with emerging library technologies and AI-driven capabilities. Gathers and translates business requirements into software solutions for the entire cycle of software development and implementation. Identifies, creates, and facilitates process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level. Researches, analyzes, documents and resolves related internal and external issues with customers. Facilitate project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences. Trains other IT associates for secondary application support, as well as business unit associates for primary customer support. Plays a critical role in shaping catalog management systems, advising on metadata architecture, validating system behavior, and guiding the development of intelligent cataloging tools and automated workflows. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
