Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal users experiencing technical issues. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems and maintaining user productivity.Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and track all support interactions using our ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members.
Research and provide answers to user inquiries about IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist with user onboarding and training on new technologies and software.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, software, and best practices.
Contribute to the development and improvement of IT documentation and knowledge base.
Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and problem-solving oriented.
Customer service experience a plus.
A+ certification or equivalent preferred
