Description We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Tier 3 Specialist to join our IT support team. As a Tier 3 Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing advanced technical support to our end-users. You will be the go-to expert for escalated issues and will be expected to provide innovative solutions to challenging problems.Responsibilities:

Incident Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.

Problem Management: Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Knowledge Base: Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base to improve problem-solving efficiency.

Escalation Management: Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

System Administration: Perform system administration tasks, such as user provisioning, software deployment, and server maintenance.

Security: Adhere to security best practices and identify potential security risks.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to end-users, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration.

Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.

Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) preferred.
