We are based out of Fulton MS and operate 14 divisions throughout the southeastern part of the US. Coordinate and manage pre-fabrication projects from initiation to completion

Collaborate with clients and design teams to understand project requirements and develop project plans

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

Oversee the design and engineering process of pre-fabricated components

Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of pre-fabricated components

Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals

Manage the procurement and delivery of pre-fabricated components

Monitor project progress and manage any changes or issues that arise

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards

Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve pre-fabrication processes and standards

RequirementsEducation and/or Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, 4 years of light gauge steel / wood Framing Mechanic experience or related field (required)

Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-fabrication project management (preferred)

Strong knowledge of pre-fabrication processes, materials, and techniques

Proficient in project management software and tools such as Revit, Struccsoft MWF

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design teams, and construction teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards
