Pricing Finance Data Analyst - IGT-D (Hybrid, Colorado Springs, Plymouth, MN or Memphis, TN)

You like to tackle commercial performance challenges and help to solve them delivering innovative insights by merging multiple data sets, performing financial impact analyses, and creating compelling yet simple data visualizations. You apply rigorous quality control and process to your day-to-day activities to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance. You enjoy working with multiple teams to connect business strategy and analytics.Your role:

Support Philips Image Guided Therapy sales organization’s price optimization and margin improvement initiatives, consistently measuring and reporting commercial performance.

Communicate regularly with commercial stakeholders to understand their pricing, analytical, and reporting needs. Provide required ad-hoc analyses and reports.

Provide financial modeling and analysis to support sales and marketing initiatives, such as rebate programs and pricing strategies.

Facilitate the Price Council process by developing, processing, and documenting business cases.

Create visually appealing and effective reports and dashboards to communicate data and insights.

Assist finance and commercial operations with the accurate and timely measurement, reporting, and planning of rebates and GPO/IDN fees.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

3 + years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software (Qlik Sense, Power BI).

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization.

Understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems with strong reporting and database management skills.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
