Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be adept in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, capable of troubleshooting and repairing various systems and equipment.Responsibilities

Start the shift with a safety discussion and review of upcoming projects.

Perform routine inspections and repairs using a checklist.

Create and sign work orders for major issues and proceed with repairs.

Receive and complete work orders throughout the day.

Troubleshoot and repair control panels, PLCs, VFDs, 480V 3-phase motors, relays, timers, VSDs, prox switches, gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatics, and diverters.

Utilize scissor and boom lifts (training provided).

Essential Skills

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong electrical and mechanical skills.

Ability to troubleshoot PLCs to the component level.

Experience with scissor and boom lifts.

Comfortable working at heights up to 40-50 feet.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Owning basic maintenance tools.

Experience with control panels, PLCs, and VFDs.

Knowledge of pneumatics and conveyor systems.
