**Regional Operations Manager**
Job Summary-
The Regional Operations Manager position provides support to home delivery services for a designated market region (including all TopHAT Warehouses and 4PL operations). Position is responsible for managing daily operations of numerous locations. In addition, Regional Operations Manager maintains positive and ongoing relationships with external customers and is responsible for generating and maintaining the highest in customer satisfaction.
Job Duties-
⢠Manage multiple locations operating 5+ days per week
⢠Ability to multi-task various functions simultaneously
⢠Manage daily operations.
⢠Locate and contract with Motor Carriers and Independent Owner/Operators.
⢠Build relationships with customers to ensure continued operating improvements
⢠Experience in hiring management and office personnel.
Qualifications/ Requirements-
⢠4 Year degree or equivalent work experience.
⢠Excellent written/ verbal communication skills.
⢠Must be willing to work flexible schedule.
⢠Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
⢠2 years logistics/In Home Delivery management experience.
⢠Excellent interpersonal skills, and problem solving ability.
⢠Knowledge of DOT regulations
⢠Experience in the development of Motor Carrier/Owner Operator base operation.
⢠Experience in the direction and delegation of frontline management staff
***This position requires every other week travel, and all work will not be done out of one designated location***
