We are a well-established granite, marble and quartz countertop fabrication company looking for a full-time sales/designer representative. We are a small, detail-oriented company that primarily services the custom home construction and renovation markets. Our emphasis is on quality, service, and the overall customer experience. We strive to provide our customers with luxury, high-end service in a comfortable, family atmosphere. A qualified candidate will be a relaxed, yet outgoing people-person with the desire to provide our customers with an exceptional experience during design, selection and installation. A qualified candidate will also have sales, design and construction experience, with emphasis on kitchen, bath, cabinet and countertops. The ideal candidate will have at least several years of countertop sales experience, with an established client base, and will have an immediate impact on our sales volume. Starting salary will be based on overall experience, ability and impact on company sales.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Enjoy working with matching colors, textures and design
- Dress Business Casual
- Basic math for job sizing and estimating
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to travel locally during standard work day
- Valid TN Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
