FASTSIGNS of Nashville (Green Hills) is hiring for a proactive and driven Customer Service Rep/Inside Salesperson to join and compliment our established and dynamic team. We are looking for someone who loves helping business owners build their business with signage, and is always up for a challenge.
In this role, you will often be the initial contact with current and prospective business-to-business clients. Our customers find us through our National Television and Online adveristing, as well as local word-of-mouth for our top rated sign and graphics products. We have a 5.0 rating on Google Reviews, and have an excellent reputation in the Nashville and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering and directing phone calls
Capturing information to develop thorough estimate
Preparing estimates
Responding to emails
Collaborating with the sales team to attract and retain new clients
Providing customer support throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation to order fulfillment
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns

Qualifications:
Reliable Transportation
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus
Sign, printing or graphic design experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great listening and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
Ability to work independently
Strong Organizational and time management skills
