Complete various production tasks as assigned by production operator.
Forms raw croissants into sandwich shapes and adjusts product placement on pans.
Clears pan jams from line, removes and adds baking pans as needed.
Troubleshoots basic causes of line stops and restarts production.
Assist the production operator in line startups and changeovers.
Oversee product quality and ensure product being produced in in compliance with customer specifications.
Maintain high rates of production as set by the Operator and Production Supervisor.
Supplies the Rademaker with dusting flour.
Separates rework from raw dough waste whenever possible to minimize waste.
Monitor and deliver side trimmings to mixer; notify operator when side trimmings exceed acceptable rates.
Familiar with Rademaker operation and can notify operators of abnormal circumstances.
Removes all out-of-spec product from the line and notifies Production Supervisor of all non-conforming product or processes on the line.
Contributes to a safe and efficient work environment.
Attends Monthly required safety meetings when applicable.
Performs other related responsibilities, as needed or directed by Production Supervisor and Manager, to support The Bakery Cos. business objectives.
