This opportunity will provide exposure to multiple functions within the PPS department.
Answering Philips employees queries related to people data & payroll, via case management system. Supporting special projects. Assisting with Tax and Leaves functions, and exposure to onboarding and People Services functions.
The People Services team is located in Nashville. PPS is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips. We are a team of HR professionals delivering HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. PPS delivers cost-effective people services by leveraging economies of scale, globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working while delivering superior HR experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.
This is a paid internship lasting up to 6 months. You will benefit from intensive learning on the job through real experience that will allow you to accelerate your growth. Fast-paced oriented work in a truly global environment. We offer a hybrid schedule, working from home three days per week.
