Serve as the liaison between the internal and external customers and the technical teams
Build strong relationships with business users and managers throughout the customer engagement organization – sales, order entry, warranty, marketing, trade compliance, after-sales support, and other groups as necessary
Collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders and process owners
Advise on business requirements and solution
Bridge the gap between people, process, and technology
Record systems/process requirements through various types of meetings
Create and maintain documentation on customer engagement business processes
Evaluate high-level requirements into details, and determine user requests from underlying business needs
Participate in the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through configuration with an architect, interaction with the development team, testing, training, deployment, and post launch support
Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP (including Salesforce and internal portals)
Assist in the support and management of various systems
Collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency
Assist with completion of incidents/enhancement requests and provide status updates
Work closely with the Master Data Management team to participate in strategy decisions and initiatives to support reporting needs
Skills Summary:
Bachelor's degree
Project management experience; continuous improvement skills and mindset
Proficiency in SAP a plus; previous experience with Salesforce a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group from technical experts to business users to executives
Strong relationship building skills
Desire for growth and learning is a must
Able to complete complex task with little oversight
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to articulate design concepts and solutions verbally and in written documentation
Must be able to work well in fast-paced, dynamic environment
