This position is a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy strategic planning, have an eye for detail, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.  What you will be doing: Upholding our Zero Harm policy and culture at every level of communication Managing a river segment, including coordination of boats, barges, vendors, and customers Performing accurate and timely data entry using Ingram’s suite of logistics applications Coordinating equipment to efficiently meet our commitments to our customers  Creating towboat orders for expedited tows within your logistical area Scheduling tank barges on linehaul boats (internal and external) in a timely manner Communicating directly with customers and vendors to ensure service expectations are met Reviewing and approving vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness Collaborating with the sales team to understand and meet customer requirements Working cross-functionally with all departments to manage operations while maintaining cost efficiency
