Description We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SEO Specialist to join our pool of SEO candidates. Your main role will be to strategize, implement and monitor our company’s Search Engine Optimization in a bid to improve our online presence, increase web traffic and maximize conversion rates.Must be local to Nashville, open to freelance or long-term contracts. W2 Pay: $35/hr- $55/hr Requirements Responsibilities:

Perform thorough keywords research and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design en route to top page ranking.

Monitor and analyze company website's performance through analytical tools like Google Analytics, prepare detailed strategy reports.

Implement and supervise SEO/SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategy.

Understand search engine algorithms and ranking methods and optimize the website accordingly.

Keep abreast with up-to-date SEO strategies and algorithms and impart the updates to the rest of the team.

Develop and implement link building strategy.

Recommend changes to the website's architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO ranking

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in SEO roles and knowledge of the search engine industry, SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.

Proficiency with SEO reporting and analytical tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, and SEMRush)

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make technical language simple to understand.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

This National Guard position is for a SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD1595P01 and is part of the TN ARMY Army National Guard. This vacancy is not eligible for membership to a labor organization. Responsibilities As a SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST, GS-0342-09, you will plan, program, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the state National Guard (NG). Coordinate all administrative functions within the operating components of the state to provide the most effective support; forecast problems and needs, identify required resources to include budget, and develop staff facilities and procedures to carry out the resulting program; provide leadership in negotiating with operating personnel and in securing acceptance of proposed programs. Plan and assign work to be accomplished within the branch. Sets priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work.
