Oversee operations of assigned branches in support of organizational strategic plan and goals.

- Responsible for all Credit Union interior and exterior assets of assigned branch. Ensure efficient operation of branch personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and grounds.```{=html}```
- Provide technical, procedural, and operational support to branches.
- Supervise assigned branch staff, maintaining quality and progress of work. Assign, direct, coordinate, and review the work of direct reports. On a timely basis, administer performance reviews of department personnel and recommend salary adjustments to the AVP of Operations.
- Partner with Risk Management to develop and maintain operational procedures within regulatory compliance standards; maintain a vendor list for branch use.
- Review, inspect, and submit branch audits and Operations Status records to Internal Audit. Assess security needs and make recommendations to the AVP of Operations.
- Communicate regularly with branch staff and Branch Operations to review branch operation status, production goals, employee development, and other areas affecting branch performance.
- Support the branch and TENCU in community outreach efforts.
- Track and monitor branch employee corrections, outages, shared branch transactions, and any inconsistencies in required documentation and account transactions.
- Process reports for operations.
- Assure upkeep of equipment, supplies, materials, and work areas.
- Monitors the branch operating results relative to the goals established by the executive team.
- When there are no events before or after work hours, the typical day is 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. on Fridays.
- This role may sometimes work more than 40 hours a week.
- Works with the Marketing Business Development team to increase membership and member awareness concerning credit union products and services by developing new businesses for leaders through Select Employee Groups, or SEGs when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS
General knowledge of credit union operations.
Thorough knowledge and observance of regulations that govern credit union operations and adherence to policy and procedure.
Possess analytical, deductive reasoning, and judgment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; communication skills in other languages are desirable.
Ability to represent and promote the credit union through member groups and associations; possess above-average interpersonal skills.
Confidentiality and objectivity are required.
Well-organized, efficient, and able to work independently with multiple projects. Should be motivated to expand job knowledge through continued training.
Proficiency in the use of computer applications in creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets.
Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
Ability to travel to attend in-person meetings at the Main location.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
