Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Baristas for our mobile coffee food truck in Madison. This position primarily requires working in the mornings to early afternoon, where you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and serve high-quality coffee and snacks. We are looking to hire for December, so don't miss this opportunity to become part of our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Operate the food truck in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Engage with customers in English and Spanish to enhance communication and service.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Valid driver’s license (DL) and clean driving record.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, primarily mornings to early afternoon.
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission to be discussed at the time of the interview.
