Mothers Ruin, A NYC based cocktail bar in the heart of Germantown is currently hiring for our Dish/ Prep Team!
Duties:
- Wash Dishes during service
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean work area at the end of service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dishwasher or prep cook is required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Note: This position may also involve assisting with catering events as needed.
