HPIHair Partners is a leading hair restoration company specializing in treatments for women, men and children. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role (with in-office requirements in Nashville, TN), you will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive patient acquisition, increase brand awareness, and enhance our digital presence.
Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at HPIHair Partners you will play a critical role in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies. Your efforts will include managing paid search (Google Ads), SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize the user experience, generate high-quality leads, and increase patient engagement across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing initiatives for HPIHair Partners™, including SEO, SEM (paid search), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
o Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance patient acquisition, brand visibility, and online presence.
Paid Search & SEM (Google Ads):
o Oversee Google Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing) and optimize them for maximum ROI.
o Perform keyword research, monitor ad performance, and continuously improve ad strategies to meet patient acquisition goals.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
o Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
o Work closely with the content team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and provides relevant, engaging content.
Social Media Management:
o Create, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn.
o Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies.
o Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels and platforms.
Email Marketing & Campaigns:
o Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage current patients, and promote services.
o Segment and target email lists based on behavior, demographics, and engagement to optimize performance.
o Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Analytics & Reporting:
o Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Klaviyo.
o Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, ROIs, and key performance metrics.
o Use data to assess trends, identify growth opportunities, and optimize user experience.
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other teams (sales, creative, medical, and operations) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content for campaigns.
Campaign Optimization:
o Continuously monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust, improve performance and reach.
o Develop A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management:
o Develop, manage, and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI
Qualifications:
Experience:
o 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
o Experience in healthcare or medical marketing is a plus, but not required.
Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Google Ads certification preferred).
o In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
o Experience managing Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
o Proficiency in Google Analytics and others for analytics, reporting, and lead generation.
o Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
o Experience with display advertising platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, Facebook Ads) is preferred.
