Compton’s Painting is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to generate leads for free interior & exterior painting estimates.
✅ Pay: $15-$20/hr (depending on experience) + $30 bonus per qualified booked estimate.
✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 lead per hour after the first 2 weeks. Failure to produce this will result in a probationary period, where hourly rate will go to $0, and the estimate bonus will go to $40. This will continue for 2 weeks before results in termination if not capable of one lead an hour.
✅ Training: Paid one-on-one training in the first week
✅ Schedule: Flexible, minimum 9 hrs/week (optional weekends available)
✅ Location: Smyrna, TN & surrounding areas
