Part-time event research support wanted to find, research and help coordinate various vendor events onto our company's calendars.
Must live within a 50 mile radius of our corporate office in Nashville. ID required. I-9 VERIFIABLE only need apply. MUST have excellent communication skills in English including verbal, texting and emails.
Experience is preferred with some type of similar work.
This is a part time position 15-20 hours per week working a SET SCHEDULE late mornings or afternoons to be determined upon a combination of company requirements and employee availability.
3-4 CONSECUTIVE hours per day Monday - Friday.
Must have experience working with digital calendars.
MUST HAVE A LATE MODEL, WORKING DESKTOP COMPUTER WITH UNLIMITED INTERNET ACCESS! (this is not work to be done on a phone).
MUST ALSO HAVE A PHONE WITH UNLIMITED CALLS AND TEXTS!
Must be good being creative searching the web with creative keywords. Some training is provided but someone who is an independent, self-starter and can work without being micro-managed would be a good fit.
Must have the ability to follow instructions.
