Gutter company seeks an Installation Coordinator to facilitate sub-contract installations for growing, multi-state company.
This job starts at part-time at 20 - 30 hours a week and will develop to be a 40 hour per week job early next year. (We're a bit slower during the holidays but it's a good time to start/train).
Job duties include:
Reviewing work orders from sales staff to ensure correctness.
Issuing work orders to sub-contractors.
Initiating post sales process by alerting corp of completed installations.
Issuing Certificates of Warranty.
Recruitment of Sub-Contractors - duties include but are not limited to: Running recruitment ads, interviewing sub-contractors, sending and receiving sub-contractor documents to sign electronically.
Handling rescheduling calls for job installs with customer per weather, subs running behind a day, etc.
Requirements:
Have excellent communication skills including Verbal Communication, Texting from Phone and Computer skills and Email Communication.
Experience with Document Scanning apps is a plus (but teachable).
Bi-Lingual is a plus.
Understanding requirements of Gen Liability and Worker's Comp requirements for sub-contractors is a plus (but teachable0.
Must have some experience in home-improvement installations.
Experience in the gutter industry is preferred in order to understand the installations and communicate with the sub-contractors but some familiarity with gutter systems, communications skills and a similar industry experience will be considered.
MUST have an adequate DESKTOP COMPUTER, a printer and a quiet place to work from home.
Be computer oriented and have the ability to learn some software procedures.
Ability to multi-task.
Be reliable to work your weekly shift consistently.
