MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR & TECHNICIAN/S (Downtown-Nashville)
Currently seeking new hires, experienced Maintenance Supervisor and Technician/s.
Full-time positions ready to be filled at two high-rise luxury communities located in downtown Nashville along Church Street.
Maintenance Supervisor duties involved with this position in part include:
- Oversee class A property in its entirety.
- Direct and organize staffing on a daily basis.
- Maintain all paperwork and budgets properly.
- Work with contractors, vendors as needed.
- Seek and complete items noted to maintain building as required.
- Perform Maintenance duties throughout building, common areas, amenity deck, garage and grounds.
- Complete work requests as received.
- Prep units for move-in/move-outs.
- Pool Maintenance.
- Support of Management and Building Staffing as needed.
Maintenance Technician duties involved with this position in part include:
- Perform Maintenance duties throughout building, common areas, amenity deck, garage and grounds.
- Complete work requests as received.
- Prep units for move-in/move-outs.
- Assist in pool Maintenance duties.
- Support of Management and Maintenance Staff as needed.
Candidates for these positions must be reliable, people friendly, provide great customer service, work well with others, have pride in job completion, an eye for detail and organizational skills a must.
Opportunity to advance to higher position quickly with the right candidate.
Multi-family housing experience preferred but not necessary.
Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule. Two weeks on, one month off.
