MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Downtown-Nashville)
Currently seeking a new hire, experienced Maintenance Technician.
Full-time position at high-rise luxury community located in downtown Nashville.
Duties involved with this position in part include:
- Perform Maintenance duties throughout building, common areas, amenity deck, garage and grounds.
- Complete work requests as received.
- Prep units for move-in/move-outs.
- Assist in pool Maintenance duties.
- Support of Management and Maintenance Staff as needed.
Candidate for this position must be reliable, people friendly, provide great customer service, work well with others, have pride in job completion, an eye for detail and organizational skills a must.
Opportunity to advance to higher position quickly with the right candidate.
Multi-family housing experience preferred but not necessary.
Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule. Two weeks on, one month off.
