New construction home builder in Franklin, TN is hiring a general labor person to take care of miscellaneous cleaning and punch items on new homes. Primary responsibilities are detail cleaning, caulking, sweeping, stacking material, cleaning out garages, etc.
Must have reliable transportation. Jobs are located in multiple locations in Williamson County.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Drug free and CLEAN background required (we will check).
Valid driver's license.
This is a full time position that pays $16-$20 an hour based on experience.
401K is available.
Paid vacation time after 90 days.
Paid sick time after 90 days.
