Locally owned multi-complex Property Management company is looking for a full-time maintenance employee.
Hours are Monday-Friday from 830-5pm. There are rotating on-call shifts for emergency needs on nights/weekends/holidays.
Majority of the work is turning over apartments when tenants move out and preparing unit for the next tenant and completing maintenance requests from the tenants.
Applicant must have some experience in carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, and be willing to work on roofs. (HVAC certified a plus.)
Applicant must be a team player, have a positive attitude, goal driven, and be willing to handle multiple projects as deemed necessary.
Pay could vary/increase based off skill-set and experience.
Absolutely must have a valid driver's license, and must pass pre-employment screenings.
