We are seeking a dependable and professional maintenance person. Experience in all phases of maintenance including plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, and light electrical. Must be neat and clean in appearance and have a truck and tools. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week). Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and after 5 for emergencies. Please email resume with employment history. References are required.
