Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentationTrack project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholdersDevelop a project programme, monitor progress and communicate with project stakeholdersIdentify project risks, implement mitigations, review and amend as required to ensure project targets are achievedCommunicate effectively with all project stakeholdersT&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance To assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etcAssisting with contractual work including procurement and editing documentsLiaison with client departments and other service providers to help co-ordinate all efforts in keeping the program on trackTender research, collating potential bid workAssistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.
