Food & Beverage CaptainMAIN RESPONSIBILITYProvide professional, courteous, and efficient service to guests.Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.Ensure guest satisfaction and handle enquiries or complaints promptly.Assist in coordinating and guiding service staff during operations.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.Promote menu items and upsell food and beverage products.Operate the MICROS POS system and handle guest billing accurately.Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.Liaise with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
