Food & Beverage CaptainMAIN RESPONSIBILITYOperational:Provide courteous, professional and efficient service in accordance with hotel standards.Comply with all health, hygiene, safety, and HACCP requirements.Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.Ensure the outlet, service stations and surrounding areas are clean and organized at all times.Coordinate with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.Assist in guiding and supporting team members when required.Food & Beverage Service:Possess good knowledge of menu items, promotions and beverage offerings.Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Follow the hotel's standard sequence of service and operating procedures.Promote menu items and upsell products where appropriate.Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.Cashiering & Systems:Operate the MICROS POS system efficiently.Process guest orders, payments and charges accurately.Handle cash and billing transactions in accordance with hotel procedures.
