We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This position requires someone who can speak, read, and write fluently in Hindi, as the role involves assisting with communications and administrative tasks related to operations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, emails, and document handling
Translate and draft correspondence in Hindi and English
Coordinate communications and follow-ups with India-based contacts
General admin support (filing, data entry, task tracking)
Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken and written Hindi and English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer skills (email, MS Office or Google Docs/Sheets)
Prior admin experience preferred but not required
